Submitting inaccurate or false information may also result in civil liability, including financial damages.

No Automated Submissions

Counter Notices

If a user affected by your takedown notice submits a counter notice, we will reinstate their content within 14 days unless you inform us that you have initiated legal proceedings to prevent further infringement of the disputed content on nanotomcapital.com.

Our Role in DMCA Determinations

Nanotom LLC does not exercise discretion beyond verifying whether takedown notices meet the minimum DMCA requirements.
